Identity refinement, website platform, and launch coordination for a growing editorial brand.
Prepared for Northline Collective
A restrained editorial proposal surface for strategic identity, web platform, and launch support.
Overview
Identity refinement, website platform, and launch coordination for a growing editorial brand.
Twelve weeks from kickoff to public launch, with staged review gates.
A coherent public presence, maintainable publishing workflow, and reusable brand system.
Northline Collective has outgrown its early visual language. The current site communicates activity, but not the editorial authority the team is building in market.
The opportunity is to unify identity, content structure, and digital delivery into one calm, premium system that scales with new programmes without repeated redesign cycles.
Weeks 1–2 · Stakeholder interviews, content audit, and success criteria.
Weeks 3–6 · Identity directions, key templates, and responsive prototype review.
Weeks 7–10 · CMS setup, component implementation, and migration support.
Weeks 11–12 · Final QA, documentation, and go-live coordination.
Third-party integrations, paid media, and ongoing content production remain outside this scope unless added through a change request.
Fixed project fee for the workstreams above, invoiced in three milestones tied to review gates.

The proposed structure keeps identity, product, and editorial decisions in one coherent system rather than treating the website as a separate cosmetic layer.
Studio Logoholik work typically emphasizes strategic restraint: fewer surfaces, stronger hierarchy, and systems that remain usable after handoff.
If this direction aligns, confirm the scope and schedule a kickoff workshop. Studio Logoholik will follow with a signed agreement and the discovery agenda.
